Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Shipping & Receiving Teams perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties. They use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting incoming and outgoing shipments. They follow shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules and requirements. The Shipping & Receiving Teams receive incoming materials and prepare materials for shipment. They process freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents. They also route merchandise to destinations.

What your background should look like:

Master Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred.
Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position. Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse software Problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work in teams with strong initiative to win.
Able to demonstrate TE's core values, should always strive to act in an ethical and respectful manner
