Surgical Scrub Technician

Duties will include:

• Prepare cases for next day
• Work with MA in AM
• Pre-Op vitals
• Assist patient into procedure room and position
• Prepare sterile field
• Prep patient for procedure; drape patient
• Assist Doctor during procedure
• Maintain sterile environment
• Room turnover in between cases
• Operate C-arm when needed
• Save C-arm images from USB to Public Server
• Monitor post-op patients when needed
• Terminally clean procedure rooms (incl. wiping down entire room and mopping)
• Manage / Order access room as well as office
• Stock access room as well as office
• Order supplies including supplies in front office
• Put away new supply orders that have arrived
• Assist with RN in back office rooming patients, taking histories, vitals, and H&P.
• Assist with office procedures/surgeries when needed
• Maintain communication with sales reps
• Telephone Access Center Patients and remind them of their upcoming procedure
• All other duties assigned
