The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking a Survey Programming Intern to join our client services team. As an Intern, you will be responsible for executing and delivering online market research surveys using different survey platforms like Decipher (Preferred), Qualtrics or any other platform. The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
You should be comfortable breaking down and solving complex problems. You should be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner; this includes being comfortable engaging with clients, project managers, Data Analysts, and other key stakeholders to build consensus, communicate project status, findings, and escalations on a regular basis.
Your Responsibilities:

• Reviewing questionnaires with Team leads/Project Managers for clear understanding of the survey flow logics customizations etc.
• Should be able to program surveys in Decipher(preferred), Qualtrics. And, able to create custom components using jQuery, patient profiles, DCM, MaxDiff, Typing tool etc.
• Testing surveys to ensure all programming instructions, routings, logics, flow have been implemented.
• Should be able to do Data checks using excel.
• Meeting client expectations should be priority (Cost effectiveness, Good Quality)
• Need to be part/organize KOC, Daily huddle, Monthly meetings.
• Stays up to date on Market Research industry trends and developments.
• Build positive relationships across the organization.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate from any recognized University or equivalent education/ professional experience required.
• Prior Market Research industry experience is preferred.
• Good Programming skills in Python.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook etc.), any text editor is a must.
• Knowledge in advanced formulas and automations is a plus.
• Knowledge & experience in any other web technologies is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Ability to learn and use new platforms to meet or exceed customer and project needs.
• Ability to find innovative solutions to address clients and project needs.
• Solid judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to be proactive in anticipating problems and provide solutions.
