NOBU, the world-renowned Japanese Restaurant, is looking for full-time, evening Sushi Chef to join its Dallas location. A force within the realm of hospitality, NOBU has become one of the best-known brands for the Who’s Who around the world. Applicants must have 3+ years of sushi experience in a high volume and upscale establishment. Candidate must have a working knowledge of Japanese/Asian cuisine and possess excellent knife skills.This is a tipped position.This position requires that the applicant be punctual, communicate effectively, and maintain composure while multi-tasking in a high-stress environment.
