We are looking for skilled and passionate Sushi Chefs to join our team. Candidates should bring a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and a desire to grow within a dynamic hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory levels for a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients
• Prepare all types of sushi, including nigiri, sashimi, and hand rolls
• Maintain attention to detail throughout the food preparation process, ensuring strict quality control
• Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations at all times
• Foster a climate of cooperation and respect among team members
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a sushi chef in fine dining or high-paced restaurant environments
• Ability to accommodate and execute special requests from guests with professionalism
• Proven expertise in managing an organized and efficient sushi workspace
• Strong ability to delegate tasks and monitor progress effectively
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Engaging and personable, with the ability to create a fun, positive experience for guests
• Knowledgeable and current with modern culinary trends and traditional sushi preparation techniques
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $1,300.00 per week
