The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sushi preparation and a passion for high-quality ingredients. Responsibilities: • Prepare sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes • Ensure all dishes meet high standards of quality and presentation • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service Physical Requirements: • Stand and work for 8-hour shifts • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-temperature environments Required Skills and Experience: • 3 years of experience as a Sushi Chef is required • 1 year of experience as a Sushi Chef in fine dining is required • Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation • Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain) • Excellent attention to detail and presentation About Us:Our restaurant specializes in a fusion of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai cuisine.
