Sushi Bar DT ATXis an exclusive, intimate17-course omakase conceptthat’s redefining the sushi experience. Our modern approach features a progressive nigiri menu that playfully riffs on tradition crafted andserved directly by our chefsto just 12 guests seated around our elegant sushi counter.
We are seeking aSushi Chefwith a passion for innovation, storytelling, and culinary precision. This is a unique opportunity to take center stage in a chef-driven experience that values both technique and guest connection.
What You'll Do
- Execute nightly omakase service, preparing and presenting each course with precision and personality
- Develop seasonal menus and innovative flavor combinations using the best available ingredients
- Engage with guests directly, sharing the inspiration and sourcing behind each dish
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to push creative boundaries while honoring Japanese technique
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
Ideal Candidate
✔ 3+ years’ experience in sushi and/or fine dining kitchens
✔ Exceptional knife skills and deep respect for fish and rice handling
✔ Creative mindset with a refined palate and strong attention to detail
✔ Poised, articulate, and genuinely hospitable in guest-facing environments
✔ Passion for fermentation, aging techniques, and evolving flavor profiles is a plus
✔ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
