Sushi Chef

Sushi Chef (Immediately Hire) $20-$25/hour + $600-$800 tip weekly We are looking for a Chef that must have a passion for food and wants to take sushi to the next level. The Chef must have an eye for detail and be a team player. If you have watched “Jiro Dreams of Sushi” and believe in his philosophies, we want you! You will be responsible for breaking down the fish, prepping for the sushi bar, making sushi rice, inventory, keeping the workspace clean and organized, and more. Our Sushi chefs are very talented, are ready and willing to train the right individuals, but you must know how to order and keep quality control. If you have the knowledge and have the passion to learn more, we would be excited to have you on our team. Experience in Japanese cooking -ability to multitask -excellent organizational skills -ability to listen and follow direction under pressure -reliable transportation -STRONG WORK ETHIC.
