Sustainability Analyst

What you will do:

And even more right at Nexperia. You become part of our Procurement Sustainability and Risk Team and will have the opportunity to work with colleagues all over the world. You will drive procurement sustainability initiatives and ensure data collection and data accuracy for sustainability reporting.

• data collection and data analysis for procurement sustainability 
• help the businesses to make informed and data based sustainable decisions
• prepare raw data for sustainability and CSRD reporting 
• ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements
• support Nexperia's greenhouse gas emission reduction strategy with the potential to eventually lead the project of Scope 3 reduction within procurement sustainability
• conduct Scope 3 calculation and identify key emission areas and reduction potentials
• engage and align with various internal and external stakeholders 
• regularly update procurement management team on project status and communicate progress 
• stay informed about latest updates on greenhouse gas emission and sustainability reporting

What you will need:

• bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, sustainability or related
• 3+ years’ work experience in related environment
• strong analytic skills and detailed oriented mindset with ability to analyze data to drive decision making
• high focus and accuracy for routine tasks 
• team player with hands-on mentality
• expertise to work with cross functional & multicultural team
• ability to manage different projects in parallel
• strong communication skills, especially with external partners
• detail-oriented and ability to interface with cross-functional groups and managing multiple stakeholders

Nice to have:

• combined understanding of data analysis and sustainability related topics such as Scope 3 calculation and sustainability reporting
• familiarity with regulatory requirements for ESG reporting and related European regulations
• understanding/experience of greenhouse gas emission calculation and reduction targets
