We are looking for a skilled project manager with experience on sustainability and ESG topics to join the GE Aerospace Sustainability team. This role will support the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) implementation leading and designing gap analysis, action plan implementation and supporting development of governance and controls to ensure compliance, working cross functionally and in close partnership with legal and controllership. This role will support building GE Aerospace's non-financial disclosure practice, preparing the company to meet future compliance against current and developing ESG requirements and leverage his/her expertise on LEAN to align practices with internal operating management system.

Establish a track record of accountability and successful leadership/execution of projects with multiple contributors, including driving working groups, and providing updates on CSRD execution plan milestones to formal governance bodies. Provide matrixed leadership to embedded teams in support of CSRD related outcomes, including partnering closely on operational implementation. She or he will work with the controllership team to review and validate methodologies and measurement approached, data collection, consolidation and reporting in preparation for CSRD assurance.

This person will also lead the work necessary to establish a circularity program focused on meeting CSRD disclosure requirements.
