What you'll achieve

The role of the Sustainability Customer Innovation Leader is a key role in the Corporate Sustainability (CS) & ESG organization, leading the creation and communication of our Sustainability & ESG product and offerings roadmap, leveraging Sustainability & ESG insights to influence innovation in products, offerings, business models, actions and beyond.

You will:

  • Work directly with customers and partners on Sustainability & ESG opportunities and challenges
  • Oversee the creation, management, and communication of a pan-Dell Sustainability & ESG product and offerings roadmap, partnering closely across business units, with activation and marketing teams, product teams and environmental and social topic SMEs, to drive clarity, prioritization, focus and influence innovation and execution of Sustainability & ESG offerings globally
  • Serve as a recognized expert and leader in external and internal engagements on environmental and social issues, Dell's strategy, actions and progress
  • Participate in driving the future of Sustainability & ESG with teams across the company, with partners and customers, and beyond
  • Engage in frequent customer and partner meetings to share expertise, offerings, best practices, brainstorm opportunities for partnerships, and respond to customer interest and inquiries

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in ESG (sustainability, corporate social responsibility
  • Strong understanding of ESG issues as they impact business and the technology sector
  • Strong knowledge of technology products, services, and terminology
  • Highly developed emotional intelligence and ability to influence others, including experience engaging senior business leaders
  • Collaborative mindset, and ability to work with a wide range of internal partners
