POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As Sustainability Manager, you will worktogether with the Director of Sustainability in a new role to integrate sustainabilitythroughout Business Area North America.
The Sustainability Manager leads theexecution of Electrolux environmental and social framework, For the Better2030, including data analysis and management. The role works closely withinternal and external stakeholders to develop and drive continuous improvementin Electrolux sustainability performance. The role requires a deepunderstanding of current sustainability challenges and opportunities in theconsumer goods and durable goods spaces, as well as a keen ability to achievethrough collaboration in a fast paced, purpose-driven, global corporateenvironment.
The Electrolux Sustainability frameworkcomprises three key areas; Better Solutions, Better Company, and Better Living.You will be working across the organization to ensure that we integratesustainability in all areas and across all stakeholder touchpoints. Your role will be varied, helping to buildour organization and ways of working, measuring overall environmental impactand providing guidance for the company's sustainable initiatives. This rolecontributes to the development and resource planning of global sustainabilitystrategies and supports on strategic projects, serving as a thought partner onhow to prioritize and drive sustainability across the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To clarify, align, operationalize, and communicate the Electrolux Group sustainability agenda, the For the Better framework, within the Business Area.
- Manage and improve Electrolux environmental and social data accuracy and collection processes by collaborating with internal business stakeholders.
- Integrate the functional ownership of complex environmental databases and actionable sustainability dashboards.
- Aggregate environmental and social impact and performance data across regional business, develop into a master scorecard maintained at a regular cadence.
- Align data-points and units of measure to allow a single and accurate view of all metrics globally.
- Track, analyze and report progress against our targets using business information software and other tools/technologies.
- Develop, maintain, and improve Electrolux carbon emissions forecasting models.
- In collaboration with Director of Sustainability and Group Sustainability, develop performance metrics, baselines, and targets to drive goal achievement.
- Continuously improve data quality and refine accounting methodologies. This includes collaborating with BI/Data Engineer/Data Science teams to collect more accurate data, and developing new methodologies, processes, and standards to drive more robust impact measurement.
- Development of appropriate data capture and accompanying business presentations that facilitate alignment across multiple business partners and stakeholders.
- Management of cross functional projects, initiatives, consultants, certification agencies, while ensuring progress is tracked and reported in a timely manner.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and effective company advocate for sustainability.

- Demonstrate familiarity with current sustainability reporting frameworks and emerging disclosure trends to support ESG reporting.
- Knowledge of key trends influencing or impacting Electrolux sustainability targets.
- Experience working in an international, matrix organization.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business-related field, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Power BI competences as plus.
- 3+ years of experience on relevant field. Passion for and experience working with sustainability and understanding of its role in driving successful business.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel on occasion.
