Marketing Alliance Group a designer and manufacturer of award winning, quality displays for a variety of markets, including retailers in the Health & Beauty Sector is seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Research and analyze sustainability strategies to ensure that Marketing Alliance Group (MAG) meets its goal of decreasing our environmental impact and creating a full life cycle product from conception to end of life.
• Develop and implement sustainability practices, rules, and roadmap.
• Track short- and long-term goals to reduce companies carbon footprint.
• Research and implement the use of alternative materials that are environmentally friendly.
• Identify areas of risk that can negatively impacts our sustainability initiatives.
• Work with internal team members to educate sustainability trends.
• Be able to present MAG's sustainability initiatives to customers.
• Measure sustainability goals from our customers.
• Identify training needs and deploy training programs.

Skills/ Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability or related disciplines.
• Passionate about sustainability
• Manufacturing background in sustainability or related practices is preferred.

• Retail knowledge
• Good communicator and presenter
• Ability to create analytical reports.
• Ability to pull insights from multiple sources.
• Team oriented.
• Positive attitude.
• Desire to work in a cross-functioning environment with multiple duties.
