Sustainability Oversight Data Lead Analyst - Remote

This position will provide performance monitoring and sustainability oversight of Quality staff scorecards. This position is responsible for supporting audit staff development. The position works to improve performance, quality metrics, and business results. This will be accomplished through identification of performance gaps and execution of learning activities and coaching to improve staff proficiency. This position partners with Quality Leaders to drive change and positively impact the accuracy and efficiency of the team. This role will provide oversight and analysis of the Enterprise Quality auditor KPI's. This role will provide governance of audit feedback to ensure consistency and will implement a quarterly Auditor scorecard. This position will utilize in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop these procedures and continuously think of ways to monitor metrics and trends.

This role is responsible for:

• Assists leaders and staff in research and problem solving of complex issues impacting staff performance, business effectiveness, and efficiency.
• Ensures seamless flow between Audit & Practices teams
• Provides support to improve overall team proficiency
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly KPI trends for outliers in data.
• Ensure compliance with audit best practices
• Lead weekly error review sessions to ensure consistent error identification, routing and tracking.
• Partner with aligned management team to assess technical/performance coaching needs, to provide direction, and remove barriers to ensure team meets deliverable's through high quality and productivity results
• Continuously look for opportunities to streamline processes and procedures
• Keep Quality Program & methodology documentation up to date

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, desired or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of data analysis experience required
• Six Sigma background, preferred
• Very skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel/Access
• Tableau experience strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be proactive and effect change, influence, persuade, and collaborate with audiences at various levels of experience and responsibility

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 70,800 - 118,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
