AGS ESG Services offers products that enables semiconductor manufacturing fabs to reduce their energy consumptions as well as green house gases emission. Sustainability product manager will be part of AGS's Marketing group where the she/she will play a key role in developing & growing ESG services business. You would be working with different business units as well as with field organization like business development, account sales and field service.

Key attributes & Responsibilities:

• Understanding of technical and market trends around ESG challenges and opportunities and global carbon emission regulations

• Collaborate closely with sustainability engineering team to develop and monitor ESG product roadmap and strategy.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful product evaluations and release.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team to create a compelling messaging and product positioning for the ESG service product.
• Works closely with sales. Business development & Field service team in identifying and tracking new business opportunities.
• Creates and enrich technical communication and marketing collateral.

Qualifications

• Graduating with a Bachelor's Degree (MS or MBA preferred ) Preferably in an energy, environmental, or sustainability-related field,
• Understanding of sustainability challenges, common practices, and trends in the semiconductor industry
• Any Experience with assessing and communicating product-level environmental attributes would be plus
• Any Exposure to sustainability practices and trends in the electronics industry would be a plus

U.S. Salary Range:

$96,000.00 - $132,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
