About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sustainability Solutions Advisor focused on the consumer goods industry. In this consultative and market-facing role, you will engage with sales prospects and clients to understand their sustainability objectives and provide them with tailored recommendations on how to leverage the Worldly tools to meet those objectives. You will be part of the Sustainability team but work closely with the Growth organization to help prospects and customers deepen their relationships with Worldly. 

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with sales prospects and clients to understand their unique sustainability challenges, goals, and priorities related to carbon accounting, CSRD compliance, water impacts, and social responsibility.

• Support the Growth team by developing solution recommendations tailored to specific prospect needs. 

• Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of sustainability best practices, regulations, and trends for consumer goods companies and retailers, with a focus on the apparel and footwear industries. 

• Ability to dive deep with customers to generate insights and recommendations from Worldly solutions, with an emphasis on the Higg Index tools. 

• Represent the company at events, nurturing prospect pipeline for opportunities as needed

We'd Like to See

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a sustainability-focused role in the consumer goods industry

• Professional experience using the Higg Index suite of tools

• Proven ability to interpret sustainability data, generate insights, and map solutions  

• Strong understanding of frameworks like CSRD and the GHG Protocol 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly

• Intellectual curiosity and an entrepreneurial passion for driving sustainability initiatives forward

• Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events as needed

Compensation

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 Annually (USD)

Bonus: 10% Annually

*Final compensation figures will be determined based on a wide variety of factors, including experience and location. These factors will be evaluated and considered by Worldly throughout the entirety of this process.
