What You’ll Do
The SVP, Agency Partnerships will lead all commercial revenue-generating agency partnerships across the company, including the management of a team of quota-bearing sellers. This is a critical function for the company with significant industry visibility. The SVP, Agency Partnerships will devise/assign account lists to sellers; manage prospect pipeline and accurately forecast revenue; personally drive big deals through personal relationships; contribute to overall company strategy, products, marketing, and serve as a visible senior leader in the advertising community. The SVP, Agency Partnerships is also expected to be a key driver of sales incentive plans and quota and revenue planning.
The SVP, Agency Partnerships will also work closely with the Brand sales team, as well as with the Marketing, Product, Client Success & Operations teams to support a seamless client experience. You will be highly impactful by combining your product knowledge and commercial experience to maximize the value we deliver to our clients. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
Who You Are
- 15+ years of increasing sales leadership responsibilities in digital media, data and/or ad tech; CTV, analytics and pharma experience big plus but not required
- Proven track record scaling top line sales revenues into upper 9+ figures with Media Agencies and Holding Companies as your primary customer
- Proven track record growing successful sales teams - attracting, hiring, driving, and retaining top performers
- Organized: experience using pipeline reporting and operational metrics to predictably forecast
revenue; ability to properly segment and maintain quotas and account lists for sellers - Thorough with deep GTM experience: ability to process complexity, break complexity down into digestible chunks, convert that into an actionable go-forward plan, align internal resources and execute to delight customers
- Current rolodex at high levels within agencies and brands; proven personal impact on sales achievement in recent years; exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Deft interpersonal skills, ability to respectfully debate strategies and suggestions
- Likable and charismatic, yet straight-forward no BS communication style
- Calculated risk-taker: heads down on fundamentals w/ the willingness to ideate forward strategies and implement new initiatives
- Solid understanding of current digital industry trends, vernacular, and technology
- Blend of both big and small company experience ideal
- Based in NY metro area; willingness to travel as necessary
DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $280K -$315K. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidates skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an annualized bonus/commissions plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.
