The SVP - Corporate Marketing will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of all forms of marketing, communications, and event planning initiatives. This individual will possess experience in brand and services marketing; someone with vision, creativity and contagious energy that will lead corporate marketing, communications, and event initiatives in the Commercial Real Estate industry.

  • Manage team and daily operations of Corporate Marketing department, including service delivery and stakeholder interaction. Optimize marketing group structure and organization to ensure efficient fulfillment of requests and flexibility in addressing marketing challenges and opportunities.
  • Enhance the company’s position as an industry leader by identifying opportunities to increase visibility of our brand by creating clear, focused, and relevant messages. 
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate the marketing of the organization's products and services via events and digital media with set goals. 
  • Manage the communications function company-wide, including developing key messaging and talking points for the brand and encompassing internal and external communications. 
  • Direct staff in the planning, theming, and execution of all corporately sponsored events along with assisting in the management of the sanctioned events calendar and prioritization of these events.
  • Establish and lead effective social media and digital marketing strategies to drive awareness and transactions with customers.
  • Conduct client facing marketing surveys (leveraging third party providers) on current and new product concepts.
  • Partner with the leaders of the GPO and the MaRC to lead process improvement across the broader team. 
  • Collaborate with the Brand team within Product to ensure Marketing is getting the deliverables needed. 
  • Manage third party vendors, including PR agencies of record. 
  • Manage the Corporate Marketing budget. 

We are passionate about your growth, so to achieve success in this role you should have: 

  • 10+ years in marketing, including digital, traditional as well as event planning 
  • 5+ years managing a team of marketing professionals 
  • Accountability, integrity, intelligence, empathy, curiosity, collaboration, and proactivity.
  • Exceptional strategic project management experience and organizational skills, including the ability to set and drive requirements across multiple functional areas
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition strategies and tactics.
  • Solid understanding of Digital marketing including platforms, media, data, devices, and technology.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including senior executives and industry leaders.
  • Possess a high sense of customer engagement and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong people leadership skills including well-honed abilities to inspire, motivate, and manage a team across multiple locations.
