SVP of Growth

That's where you come in.
SVP of Growth will influence and drive customer acquisition and successful SpotOn onboarding.
What you will do:

• Lead strategy development and execution to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, as well as increase our market share and reach our growth targets
• Work with SpotOn executive leadership team to set growth priorities and and long term vision
• Develop a deep understanding of our customer's consideration and purchase journey
• Rigorously assess new markets and clearly articulate strategic priorities
• Identify potential customers and equip sales team to lead them to closure
• Evaluate business development opportunities and corporate partnerships, and refine strategy and product roadmap accordingly
• Collaborate with engineers to understand technology, assess industries/expansion markets, and develop platform strategy
• Define metrics to track product effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Experience developing and leading a successful Product Growth function
• Experience working in FinTech, Restaurants or Retail is a plus
• Strong leadership and project management skills
