In this senior executive role, you will define and lead operational excellence across a fast-paced, multi-country live entertainment business in Latin America. You will be responsible for shaping regional operational strategy and ensuring flawless execution of large-scale concerts and live events across diverse markets. Acting as a key connector between local promoters, international production teams, and corporate leadership, you will translate strategic objectives into actionable plans that drive consistency, safety, and high-quality fan experiences. This role requires a strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on operational leadership in complex, decentralized environments. You will play a central role in improving processes, strengthening governance, and enabling scalable growth across the region. The environment is highly dynamic, fast-moving, and deeply collaborative across multiple stakeholders and cultures.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end operational execution for concerts and live events across the LATAM region, ensuring consistency, safety, and high-quality delivery.
  • Translate regional strategic objectives into clear operational roadmaps and ensure alignment across local offices and business units.
  • Establish governance frameworks, operational standards, and process improvements to support scalability and efficiency.
  • Partner with local promoters and production teams to resolve operational challenges and optimize event execution.
  • Serve as the main liaison between internal departments (marketing, ticketing, sponsorship, HR, talent) to streamline cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee regional communication flows, ensuring transparency of risks, issues, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, compliance, and fan experience quality.
  • Ensure adherence to global safety standards and local regulatory requirements across all markets.
  • Requirements:

You are an experienced operations executive with a strong background in live events, production, or large-scale entertainment environments across Latin America. You bring deep operational expertise combined with strategic leadership capabilities, and you are comfortable navigating complex, fast-paced, multi-country organizations. You are an exceptional communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams under shared objectives.

    • 15+ years of experience in operations, production, venue management, touring, or live events across Latin American markets.
    • Strong understanding of concert operations and live event production workflows.
    • Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-country operational initiatives.
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.
    • Experience working in decentralized or matrixed international organizations.
    • Ability to provide clear, concise recommendations to executive leadership under pressure.
    • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
    • Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability in high-pressure environments.
    • Benefits:

      • Compensation and bonus eligibility aligned with local market practices and regulations.
      • Performance-based bonus opportunity depending on plan terms.
      • Exposure to a global, industry-leading live entertainment organization.
      • Opportunity to lead large-scale operations across multiple countries and cultures.
      • Dynamic, fast-paced, and highly collaborative international environment.
      • Employee benefits package aligned with regional standards (details provided during hiring process).
