Job Description

The Product Management Senior Lead Analyst is an experienced strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within their own field and contributes to the directional strategy of the organization. The role supports U.S. Personal Banking Operations and its technology programs that reduce expense, enhance the client experience, and strengthen controls for the Customer Service organization. Requires ability to prioritize efforts based on business and customer benefit. Lead efforts across domains and businesses to define robust roadmaps and identify synergies or dependencies with other programs. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner as well as guide and influence others without direct authority. Must be able to understand and utilize qualitative and quantitative data to assess program performance, business impacts and provide advice on the program's strategic direction.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide product, platform and customer experience leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a proven ability to engage with and present to senior management to clarify issues, structure decisions and gain alignment
  • Lead and develop less tenured team members across key skills and methodologies
  • Lead engagements with experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design and develop innovative financial platform products, processes, and journeys
  • Maintain program level business plans and roadmaps, and clearly communicate goals, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to key stakeholders
  • Ability to outline decisions and options with appropriate tradeoffs to optimize certain measures or pivot to new goals
  • Works in close coordination with Technology, Business Managers, and other stakeholders to fulfill the delivery objectives
  • Deliver against ambitious business objectives
  • Define OKRs, metrics and dashboards to measure and communicate out the success of the features and experiences put into the market
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative customer and industry data to test hypotheses, identify consumer pain points and validate potential solutions
  • Play a role in the prioritization of new features based on customer needs, alignment with the company's short- and long- term goals, and technical capabilities
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:
  • Strategic, results-driven leader who is passionate about designing best-in-class client experiences and staying at the forefront of cutting-edge technology in the servicing space
  • 6-10 years of experience preferably in financial services, with relevant strategy or consultative experience
  • Experience leading or supporting digital or other technology initiatives
  • Experience working with engineers and developers to understand what is technically possible and how to translate to a customer
  • Intellectual curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinker
  • Proactively seeks and develops new opportunities
  • Attention to detail and process/analytic mindset
  • Ability to build networks and relationships internally and externally
  • Familiarity with product development methodologies
  • Comfortable with performing data investigations that require a high degree of accuracy with tight timescales
  • Ability to structure and break down problems, develop solutions, and to drive to results
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to find, analyze, and distill data into actionable insights
  • Ability to collaborate and clearly communicate with team members of an organization
  • Project and Process Management skills with experience on large cross functional initiatives
  • Generation of reports and presentations for management
  • Knowledge of Agile practices
