SVP, Strategic Financial Services
Job Description
What you'll do
- Assess current financial services strategy, product capabilities, and market opportunities to develop vision and strategic plan for the strategic financial services vertical
- Work directly with senior leadership, key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the enterprise, to help identify growth opportunities and drive the enterprise strategy for Strategic Financial Services
- Build direct C-suite client relationships and access to position Equifax's capabilities to address customers' needs
- Develop senior executive client relationships and overall EFX engagement with the largest and most strategic financial services client accounts.
- Recruit, develop and lead team and drive enhanced performance
- Maintain an effective organizational structure that enables us to optimize our resources and skill sets to meet both the customer and the organization's objectives
- Lead a team of 40+ Sales Vice Presidents, Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and other sales support personnel to effectively manage client accounts, direct and guide orchestration of other EFX resources to drive sales and revenue growth of a full Equifax solutions portfolio.
- Drive the team's successful execution of revenue goals as they sell highly complex solutions in a consultative manner with buyers, decision makers, influencers and client executives.
- Engage directly with executive clients in partnership with and in support of the Account Executives to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage a broad and diverse pipeline of clients and accounts.
- Develop, implement, and execute the strategic financial services strategies for sustainable growth
- Guide teams in strategic sales pursuit planning, RFI/RFP response development, contracting and negotiation, account strategy development and other planning activities.
- Responsible for strategic planning, growth initiative development, and leading client innovation sessions.
What experience you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 15+ years of client-facing B2B sales experience working for or selling technology solutions to large strategic financial institutions.
- 10+ years of full service banking experience, including an understanding of the regulatory/compliance environment and the competitive landscape.
- 10+ years of experience in relationship management with a clear and proven ability to communicate and build relationships with senior level executives and connect client needs with Equifax solutions.
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience with proven ability to manage, develop, and lead a sales team operating in a sales management function with evidence showing the achievement of sales quota.
