Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Vice President of Strategy to lead our strategy practice. The Strategy team creates transformational growth for Fortune 1000 companies across our key offerings in Innovation Strategy, Experience Design, Digital Product and Platforms, Performance and Artificial Intelligence. This role demands a blend of thought leadership, operational acumen, and a passion for digital innovation.
You will lead a digital business strategy team with diverse skill sets, backgrounds, and perspectives and collaborate with cross-discipline teams within Hero. Clients and internal teams highly respect you for delivering strategic thinking that identifies enterprise value and differentiated digital business and brand solutions. You will be a strategic partner to the senior leadership team, identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, leading critical internal company initiatives, and building and growing the strategy consulting best practices at Hero.Â
What you'll doÂ
- Lead enterprise digital growth strategies for Fortune 1000 companies with vertical emphasis in Health & Wellness, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Retail/CPG.
- Design target market segments and diagnose customer problems that are lucrative to solve by providing market intelligence through competitive analyses and customer research techniques like ethnography, customer intercepts, and employee interviewsÂ
- Develop a plan to solve those customer problems profitably by leveraging diagnostic tools, ROI calculators, ideation sessions, prototypes, and roadmaps to show what work needs to be done and prioritizing the work using multiple criteriaÂ
- Create customer-focused strategies through the synthesis of business, brand, and customer insightsÂ
- Build the infrastructure needed to execute the CX transformation by helping CX pros create customer-focused organizations through transformations of culture, employee enablement, technology, and processesÂ
- Create a culture of collaboration, partnering with creative, technology, data and marketing teams to ensure strategies and ideas are optimized through every touch pointÂ
- Lead a team of strategists operating at the intersection of new business models, consumer behavior, technologies, and brand experiencesÂ
Who you areÂ
- You have 15+ years of experience and a track record of digital strategy for global brands - new business models, new consumer behavior, new technologies, and new brand experiencesÂ
- Experience leading a strategy practice at a digital agency or consultancy
- A proven collaborator within a global business who can coordinate and influence a cross-functional team across capabilities and geographic regionsÂ
- Highly experienced in leading C-Suite in digital business growth strategy
- A subject matter expert around the fundamentals of businesses, technology, marketing, and brandÂ
- Experience in CX and digital business transformation modeling and all forms of market and customer researchÂ
- Aptitude to communicate and present in a manner that inspires and rallies others around the strategic vision and opportunityÂ
- Ability to simplify and convey complex scenariosÂ
- Nimble, entrepreneurial spirit; curious and boldÂ
- Proven people leadership abilitiesÂ
- You've worked in key verticals such as Health & Wellness, HighTech, Financial Services, Manufacturing, CPGÂ
