How You Will Contribute:
As a member of Product Verification NetOps team, you will be working to support system level testing of next generation products. The position includes exposure to a wide variety of routing and switching equipment, servers/services, and tool creation/maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain tools that will enhance the team’s ability to perform vital network operation activities
- Live support of the network infrastructure, including maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting to support active testing on routing, switching and server applications
- Trial and deploy services that emulate customer operations
- Participate in network security and vulnerability testing
- Participate in security product evaluations
- Tools and Automation development

The Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or information technology
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Python, Bash/Shell Scripting and GIT.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows OS
- Experience working in a network admin environment - Routing/Switching/Subnetting
- Building and maintaining databases
Desired Skills:
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or other routing and switching certifications
- CompTIA Security+ or other network security certificates
