SW/App/Cloud Technology Support Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of SW/App/Cloud Technology Support Associate Manager in Florham Park, NJ, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Communicate with client regarding system or application to accurately define issues and to interpret and design a resolution.
  • Support incident, issue, and outage management, investigation, and restoration.
  • Design, develop and test solutions built on ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with business, IT and developers to clarify requirements and identify ways to simplify solutions and increase user experience.
  • Monitor systems and trends to prevent occurrence of incidents, problems, and errors including, improving overall performance.
  • Schedule, track, and facilitate acceptance of changes to the production environments by using applicable processes.
  • Operate IT production services according to management protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.
  • Analyze and solve moderately complex problems.
  • Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Java and JavaScript programming, including developing custom applications on ServiceNow platform;
  • Developing and Implementing Integration between ServiceNow and other applications using REST API, scripted API, and ServiceNow email inbound action;
  • Developing and implementing data migration and consumption using FTP or SFTP Services;
  • Utilizing JDBC (Java Database Connectivity) to query SQL Databases;
  • Developing and implementing integrations in ServiceNow using OAuth authentication and Token based authentication;
  • ServiceNow advanced workflow programming;
  • ServiceNow platform upgrades and performance tuning; and
  • Requirement gathering, creating technical and functional specifications, and developing solutions and effort estimation.

Must have 3 years of experience in utilizing CyberArk to store and retrieve credentials.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
