Telephone Operator/Switchboard | Tulsa, OK

$13-14 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent communication to a wide array of clientele with different needs
• Maintain patience in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning and utilizing a multi-line switchboard
• MUST be able to work 10-12 hour shifts

• At least 3+ years in a heavy call center environment
• Dispatch experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
