Juul Labs Revenue Growth Management team is seeking a Syndicated Insights Manager responsible for the oversight and tracking of Juul’s Syndicated Resources and market landscape. Work output will be featured at the highest levels of the company with real opportunity to influence business direction. The Syndicated Insights Manager role is ideal for someone who has experience managing IRI or Nielsen data/relationships, time in Category Management, or Shopper Insights at a CPG or technology company. Also open to former implementation consultants.

REMOTE - USA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee, develop, and maintain sell-through and data reporting suites
• Build out syndicated dashboards/trackers and responding to ad-hoc queries
• Understand the universe of available syndicated data and prioritizing those resources to develop the best insights and recommendations
• Analyze IRI, Nielsen, and other syndicated sources on an ongoing basis to provide insights and guide revenue generation/promotional strategy
• Basic understanding of scenario planning and game theory
• Build leadership facing presentations
• Bring forward compelling business insights and opportunities based on Syndicated Analyses

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Experience with IRI, Nielsen, BI tools (i.e. Tableau, Microsoft BI), a CPG company, or a technology company specifically working with data portals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Relentless sense of prioritization 
• Capacity to clearly communicate compelling data-driven messages and stories 
• Ability to distill insights into strategy and actionable recommendations
• High level of proficiency in Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint

EDUCATION:

• Quantitative undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution preferred; Other degree DOE; MBA optional
