Good news! 1WorldSync is looking for a Syndication Support Specialist to join our team at our Chicago, IL headquarters.

1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 700 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we're seeking a Syndication Support Specialist to support our growing global team.

Reporting directly to our Manager, Syndication Support, the Syndication Support Specialist will support the operational processes for our content sharing infrastructure, seamlessly partnering with all client-facing teams and consulting customers on data management and best practices, coordinating internal resources, and driving projects.

As Syndication Support Specialist at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

• Website and System Analysis
• Subject matter expert of 1WorldSync processes and architecture
• Implementation and Support Project Management for multiple service levels
• Investigating and Resolving client issues related to data, configuration, training, etc
• Cross-collaboration with internal teams to improve service and delivery, as well as identifying and prioritizing enhancements

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or practical equivalent experience
• 1+ years working in a client-facing technology role

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proven problem solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical coworkers and clients
• Proven ability to work with and analyze data sets for both issue resolution and optimization

Additional Details:

• This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Chicago headquarters location.

• This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in the US.

• This position requires up to 10% travel.
