Product Mangement departments within Arthrex. The Synergy Integration Specialist is responsible for the successful transition of an integration project from installation to customer use and experience. Excellent communications and analytical skills, strong technical project management skills will be essential for this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate successful integration project's Go-Lives with local Arthrex agencies and customers
• Manage customer expectations and stakeholder communication proactively to drive product and solution value.
• Advocate for customers and foster a customer-centric team environment
• Perform training and education to support staff in-service and training in an Operating Room environment and supporting departments.
• Provide product technical training or present in using video/audio systems to hospital Biomed staff, Sterile Processing Department, Service Technicians, or support personnel.
• Lead cross-functional team efforts between Sales, Support, and Product Management to expedite the resolution of site issues.
• Provide customer feedback on product usage and experience to advocate and connect the clients' wishes to the business's larger strategy.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment performance issues as well as assist in the implementation of the remediation of the problem.
• Assists in the development of customer educational programs.
• Assist and support escalated integrated system issues.
• Assist with the Synergy Integration demo systems to ensure systems are in good working order for new customer demos.
• Travel up to 75%

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree required

2 years medical device/operating room experience required

Audio video experience required

Project management experience preferred

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

• First-hand knowledge of Operating Room video case support
• Surgical workflow knowledge
