Overview:

Responsible for planning, designing, and implementing data migration and governance solutions using the Syniti ADM platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful data migration and transformation aligned with business objectives. The candidate will provide technical expertise in data extraction, transformation, validation while maintaining high data quality and integrity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather migration requirements and define scope.
• Develop and maintain ETL workflows in Syniti ADM, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Design target tables, mappings, and business rules to meet data migration needs.
• Conduct data profiling and validation to identify gaps or inconsistencies.
• Execute test migrations and analyse results to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Generate reports on migration progress, data quality metrics, and key deliverables.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support during migration phases.
