Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer, you should make sure our infrastructure can handle the growing platforms and users, bring new ideas, support the R&D department for tools and infrastructure.

• Provide support and deliver a cost-effective, flexible, secure, compliant, and resilient platform
• Deliver a set of tools to enable everyone to work and deliver in a fast and productive manner
• Be able to prioritize accordingly
• Find areas of improvement
• Take ownership and have a problem-solving mindset
• Design, deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Provide support to our cloud infrastructure
• Support our development teams
• Have fun and bring creative ideas

You...

• 3+ years of experience in similar positions
• Experience with Linux
• 2+ years of intermediate Cloud technologies experience (such as AWS, Azure, GCP). Preferably AWS.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Groovy, Bash, Python)
• Solid Kubernetes and Docker experience
• Virtualization and containerization environments (ECS, EKS, Rancher)
• Experience with continuous integration systems (Jenkins, Bamboo)
• Basic knowledge of routing, sub-netting, firewalls, DNS, SSL Certificates, security, performance, high availability, and disaster recovery
• Additionally, proficiency in version control systems like Git is essential for managing and tracking changes to code and infrastructure configurations, enabling collaboration and ensuring version control.
• Familiarity with multiple database systems, both SQL and NoSQL
• Experience with configuration management systems (Ansible)
• Experience with infrastructure management systems (Cloud Formation, Serverless framework, Terraform).
• Great communication skills (English B2+ or above)

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, etc.
• Serverless Architecture knowledge
• Exposure to SAFE is preferred
• Software estimation skills, including Agile estimation with Story Points and Scrum planning experience
