• Experienced in WebSphere, MDM, uDeploy, Putty, Toad, OEM Dynatrace, JIRA, GIT, Linux, SQL, Python and Shell Scripting.
• Involved in installing, configuring, and administrating IBM MDM application on WebSphere 8.5 and WebSphere 9 in various environments.
• Designing, developing, and testing applications to meet business needs by following agile methodology.
• Involved in automating build and deployment process through build system to various environments.
• Designing and configuring continuous integration build system collaboration with development and IT teams.
• Involve with development and QA teams to deploy and troubleshoot the system applications.
• Analyzing and troubleshooting deployment issues in timely manner.
• Execute a backout plan if necessary and recommend process improvements to ensure system scalability and reliability.
• Monitor applications and databases from various environments using Dynatrace and OEM in timely manner.
• Working with various teams like database, MQ, networking and users to resolve issues in timely manner.
• Maintain multiple environments and jeep them in sync as per project and production support release requirements.
• Documenting incidents, application design, and implantation details.
