Skill: SAP Business Objects Admin
- At least 5+ years of experience.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Business object application as a Administrator.
- System Maintenance and Monitoring: Perform regular monitoring, maintenance, and updates to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of the SAP Business Objects system.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues promptly, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and minimize downtime.
- User Support: Provide technical assistance to users, addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and offering guidance on system usage and best practices.
- System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system improvements, enhancements, and automation.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze system performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas of improvement and proactively address potential bottlenecks.
- Capacity Planning: Monitor system resource utilization trends and plan for capacity upgrades to accommodate future growth and demands.
