Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and engaging technologist to be a critical part of our Enterprise IT organization. This individual will be based at our Los Angeles headquarters and be the escalation point of contact for both onsite and cloud systems, as well as remote support for our remote systems and offices. With an integrate and automate everything mindset, the System Administrator work under the direction of the enterprise IT manager.
Core Responsibilities:

• This full-time position is for an ON-SITE technical support role working with an integrated Support Services Engineers team and an IT Manager in different projects and tasks.
• Perform setup & image, upgrades for all Mac OS and Windows operating systems versions
• Provide onsite/remote support services for workstation/laptop/tablet/phone installation to our staff
• Works effectively with other members of the organization to troubleshoot client issues
• The System Administrator will Provide Tier 2 desktop break/fix support
• Ensure the ServiceNow incidents resolution process
• Software deployments, patches, updates, and reporting via our tools and Microsoft Intune
• Research and identify technology solutions to software, hardware, and network issues
• Analyze and resolve technical issues and network outages together with the network engineer
• Able to prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

Skill & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise IT and technology field
• Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in the field of engineering, computer science, or related discipline, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of Mac OS and iOS (Required)
• Microsoft 365 Admin, Sharepoint, Azure AD,Intune,OKTA (Required)
• experience in IT Administration, Management, Documentation, Endpoint Management, and Multiple RMM tools
• Great experience with Ticketing systems such as Service Now
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 (Required)
• Understand network designs Network cabling is required. (Running CAT5, Terminating Jacks, etc)
• Strong knowledge of and experience with design, implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and operations of multiple enterprises IT disciplines, such as desktops, servers, networking, mobility, communication tools, and enterprise collaboration systems.

Working Knowledge of the Following Technologies & tools:

• Microsoft 365 Admin, Sharepoint, Azure AD,Intune,OKTA
• Onboarding/Offboarding users
• good knowledge of network services: WAN and LAN connectivity, Switches, firewalls
• Experience with remote & cloud solutions (Jamf, Jumpcloud,smart deploy)
• Technical support to local and remote end-user
• Review and timely deploy new software, OS releases and revisions.
• Manage endpoint security, including firewall, anti-virus and other applications
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
• Experience with conferencing hardware/software

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study: Computer Engineering or Science, Information Sciences Technology, Management Information System, or related fields
Years of Experience: Generally, requires 3-5+ years related experience.
