Our Tech Unit is looking for a System Administrator to manage our internal infrastructure and support our team with tech inquiries. We need someone with strong technical abilities who is also welcoming and supportive, helping our brilliant ammers from over 20 countries feel technically secure and confident at work.

You'll have full support from our CTO, DevOps Engineer, and Operations team to ensure effective collaboration.

  The most important tech requirements for this role are:

• Knowledge of networks, including firewall administration and VPN configuration
• Experience in administering Azure (cloud management certificates will be a plus)
• Administration of Atlassian products

• Setting up VPNs, configuring firewalls, NAT/PAT, and routing
• Creating user accounts and managing permissions (AD, TeamCity, GitLab, Google Workspace, Jira/Confluence)
• Maintaining documentation
• Configuring and administering Linux servers (installation, software setup, system monitoring, LVM, NGINX, Certbot)
• Assisting workers with technical issues
• Working with Jira/Confluence and managing workspaces
• Updating and purchasing certificates via Certbot
• Purchasing equipment and managing hardware inventory
• Backing up Linux systems, virtual machines, PostgreSQL, and data

• Knowledge of Azure Cloud administration (Defender, Intune, Azure AD), Office 365
• Network knowledge at the CCNA level (ICND1, ICND2) - L2, L3, Mikrotik
• Linux administration at the LPIC-1 and LPIC-2 levels (Shell, Bash scripts, etc.)
• Standard knowledge of Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS)
• Administrative experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Ansible
• Understanding of Docker
• Knowledge of monitoring systems like Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus (administration level)
• Experience with hypervisors (VMware, HyperV)
• Knowledge of Kubernetes will be a plus.

• Your level of English proficiency should be at least B1-B2. You will need to easily communicate with colleagues in English on a daily basis.
