Description: Due to growth, we are currently seeking to add a System Administrator with a passion for Networking or Cloud infrastructure to our exceptional team. With the rapidly increasing need for clients to have strong IT solutions, this position will serve as one of the main project technicians for our clients. In this role, you will serve from start to finish on all project deliverables for our client's projects spanning various IT disciplines. You will need to be customer-service focused, well organized, extremely detail-oriented, and have experience implementing various projects from networking, server to cloud.

A successful System Administrator - Networking/Cloud would help us deliver on:

• Providing second-to-none customer service by pairing technical ability with timely, efficient, and communication-driven support for all customer requests. Many people can spin-up a server, but can you do it while making a #ravingfan out of your client?
• Supporting our company mission and core values by a commitment to endless improvement; both through continued professional development and regular certifications.
• Letting your geek flag fly proud! Technical support of: Microsoft related technologies (Windows Server, Office 365/Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.), virtual environments (VMware and Hyper-V), networking devices/services (including WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls), as well as back-up and disaster recovery solutions.
• Maintaining day-to-day business optimization through the practices of detailed documentation, time keeping, liaising with dispatch staff, and delivering on strategic company metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the IT field
• 4+ Years of experience in the IT field required

• Expierance with administration of the Microsoft 365 application suite (including but not limited to Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, ATP, DLP, Cloud App Security, Conditional Access, O365 Security and Compliance)
• Experience migrating to Mircosoft Azure/Office 365 environments
• Experience with Microsoft 365 DLP (Data Loss Prevention) / retention and related policies
• Ability to maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot mailboxes, distribution lists, mail flow, and mail security rules
• Proven experience maintaining group policies and system security through Intune
• Thorough understanding of network and routing protocols including but not limited to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, SMTP, NFS, VPN, VLAN.
• Knowledge of network security both internally and on the perimeter, preferred knowledge of Cisco firewall products.
• Thorough knowledge of VMware server, network provisioning, maintenance and monitoring.
• Proficient with Cisco networking hardware and software configuration, maintenance and monitoring of switching, routing.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Windows server and desktop products and protocols.
• A working knowledge of MS SQL Server
