System Administrator - Development
Job Description
The Informatica Administrator is responsible for the support and maintenance of the Informatica ETL ecosystem. The Informatica Administrator is responsible for all code promotions, system setup/configuration, stability, system performance, and security. This position reports to Director, Data Engineering. The Informatica Administrator collaborates with the Enterprise Data Warehouse Architects, Infrastructure Engineering, Access and Identity Management, Enterprise Operations, key stakeholders, business users and staff members to understand goals and objectives, develop roadmaps, build processes, develop solutions and support all ETL developers in their efforts to deliver quality code. The Informatica Administrator is responsible for and will contribute to the installation, testing, enhancement and maintenance of all Informatica ETL and integration business applications that support our enterprise processes. The Administrator plays a key technical role in the ongoing support of ETL development to achieve our corporate objectives. The Informatica Administrator will design, triage, understand, contribute and execute the teams CICD objectives, Operational framework (e.g. Audit/Balance/Control) and other improvements and operational activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Certification in any Informatica software technology is preferred but not required
- Two (2) years of Linux system administration is preferred.
- Informatica software experience is preferred.
- Linux systems engineering and administration, including application configuration, debugging, and tuning
- Willingness to learn, adapt, self-motivate, analyze problems and find solutions
- Knowledge of RDBMS concepts, ETL development and scripting will be an added advantage
- Ability to work with stakeholders to establish business and technical requirements
- Demonstrated analytical experience and critical thinking skills
- Effectively handles competing priorities.
Annual salary range: $75,000 - $95,000
CDPHP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance.
