Job Description
Compensation:$25 - $35 per hour. You are eligible to a Short-Term Incentive Plan with the target at 7.5% of your annual earnings, terms and conditions apply.
System Administrator I- Remote, USA
The Systems Administrator I is responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems; especially multi-user computers, such as servers. The sysadmin is on call when a computer system goes down or malfunctions and must be able to diagnose quickly and correctly what is wrong and how best to fix it.
Essential Functions
- Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running. Troubleshooting any reported problems
- Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems
- Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software
- Configuring, adding, and deleting file systems. System performance tuning
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Knowledge of networking systems and various operating systems
- A minimum of 3 years working in an IT-related field

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
