Job Description

As a systems administrator on our program, you will:

• Resolve break fix tickets and ensure customers receive the highest level of customer support.
• Help customers overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management.
• Identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network.
• Turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 8570 compliant. 
• 1-2 years of experience in professional work setting doing troubleshooting
• Must have good communication skills and the ability to work in a high paced environment.
• Must have experience working with users over the phone and detailed documenting skill.

Desired Qualifications:

• Good to have experience with SCCM. 
• Good to have experience with Remedy, or other ticketing systems. 
• Good to have experience with Windows 10 operating systems. 
• Good to have the ability to move boxes/lift up to 25-50 pounds. 
• Good to have experience with Active Directory (creating accounts/navigating different Operating Units)
• Good to have experience with Office 2016 troubleshooting.
