Network System Administrator - VoIP - Core Infrastructure, IT Operations

You will be part of our Core Infrastructure - IT Operations team, where we manage and take the technical ownership of the global operational IT infrastructure!

The selected individual will be based out of our Americas HQ in Chelmsford, MA. This position reports to the Manager, Channel Pricing and Infrastructure Operations

What You'll Do Here

• Responsible for maintaining a highly available, reliable, and secure VoIP platform for the company
• Collaborate with colleagues globally, specifically the VoIP team based in Lund, Sweden
• Support 3 Cisco VoIP Clusters. Systems include; Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), Voicemail (Unity), Contact Center (UCCX), Jabber, Expressways, Gateways & Routers, Wallboards and Call Recording applications
• Work with daily Incident and service requests through ServiceNow via telephone or tickets
• Support the execution of changes and maintenance within approved Maintenance Windows
• Analyzing, troubleshooting and completing remediation efforts to resolve VoIP issues with the assistance of the minimal assistance or oversight.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in managing and administering Cisco Unified Communications VoIP Infrastructure
• Experience with SIP protocols and enterprise networks.
• Self-motivated and energetic with a positive approach to problem solving
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with end users, technical staff and vendors of differing professional levels and ability to meet deadlines in an environment of competing priorities
• Works well with others on project implementation teams
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

What You'll Need

• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or Information Systems is preferred.
• 3+ Years working with Network, Telecommunications or VoIP Infrastructure
• CCNA or CCNP certificates or other applicable VoIP or Network certifications

Physical Demands and Travel:

• Employee is occasionally required to lift 25-30 lbs.
• Travel is required up to 25%.

Salary Range:

$75,000-$100,000 (Dependent on location, education and experience)
