• Support Specialists are primarily responsible for providing assistance with the Elekta product family in the Taiwan and Hong Kong regions.
• Possesses moderate proficiency in operating instruments, software systems, and performing repairs or replacements of parts and subassemblies.
• Capable of drafting and executing moderately complex system verification and characterization protocols, along with associated data packages.
• Competent in identifying, analyzing, and interpreting the interacting causes and effects of instrument issues, discrepancies, problems, or complaints, in compliance with governing procedures.
• Prioritizes tasks to ensure clinical system downtime issues receive immediate attention.
• Effectively communicates the necessary steps to customers for diagnosing and resolving problems.
• Utilizes appropriate remote support tools to proactively identify and resolve issues remotely.
• Accurately documents all support activities in accordance with Elekta’s policies and procedures.
