System Data Coordinator
Job Description

Position Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of provider data in all applications. In addition, expected to work collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders in an effort to meet and / or exceed all regulatory and contractual provider data quality and accuracy standards.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree preferred or two to four years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Epic Tapestry (preferred)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Adds new network providers, vendors, and places of service to the Epic Tapestry System.
- Responsible for maintaining our Provider Network Verification (PNV) database daily to meet government contractual obligations.
- Responsible for reviewing and resolving daily tasks that are tracked via tickets in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Supports and maintains our Master Provider Data records in the Epic Tapestry System.
- Updates Epic Tapestry System of all provider demographic changes daily.
- Works with third party vendors and providers to keep our Master Provider Data up to date with timely and accurate changes.
- Responds to operational problems and provides user support.
- Maintains and develops workflows to ensure all updates are handled timely.
- Maintains and develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintains accuracy of provider data while also maintaining productivity goals.
- Complete side-by-side and peer trainings, as necessary for educational opportunities.
- Assists with projects and other duties, as needed.

WORK SCHEDULE:
As a continued effort to provide a safe and productive work environment, Community Care Plan is currently following a hybrid work schedule. Staff are able to work from home 3 days a week and will report to the office 2 days a week. *****The company reserves the right to change the work schedules based on the company needs.
