System Engineer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a System Engineer to join our UniQue team!

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Incident and problem registration and resolution,
• 2nd level helpdesk, support & maintenance,
• Monitoring of the IT services and maintenance of the infrastructure
• Support of:
• Windows Server
• Virtualization environment (Azure Stack HCI),
• Firewall and network equipment,
• Office365,
• Azure,
• Hyperconverged cluster,
• Administration of Windows 11 clients,
• Manage the IT Infrastructure including Security, Clients, Servers, and Network
• Accounts creation and management
• Continuous improvement of IT Services and technologies integration

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Bachelor's level degree in ICT + 1 of the below certificates:
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or
• Microsoft MSCA/MCSE or
• ITIL V4 Fundamentals certified
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Strong experience with security-related tasks (Microsoft policies, vulnerability coverage, configurations and firewalls).
• Very good experience in providing helpdesk support
• Experience in network architectures, protocols, and standards, covering LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and public networks, Cisco.
• Experience in MS Server operating systems and MS desktop operating systems
• Experience with Azure
• Experienced in IT hardware, troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Expert knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience in deployment of software upgrades
• Capability of working in an International/multicultural environment
• Fluency in English.
