System Engineer 4

MANDATORY SKILLS: Seeking a Systems Engineer with strong project management skills to provide the engineering and project management for end-to-end data flows in support of the Data Normalization & Automation (DNA) TTO. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordination among organizations contributing to data flow thread work; will coordinate the participants needed, schedule and facilitate multi-organizational collaboration meetings; record meeting minutes, actions and follow-up on those actions identified during collaboration meetings. The successful candidate is capable of organizing the right collaboration sessions to solve complex problems with minimal direction
Skills:
Good working skills with Atlassian products such as Confluence and Jira
Has some understanding of data flow processing
Is familiar with agile scrum ceremonies
(U) A Bachelors degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.
OR
(U) A High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general systems engineering experience (any process area).
OR
(U) A Masters degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.
OR
(U) A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.
A TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required for this role.
