System Engineer

We currently have a vacancy for a System Engineer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert. The work will be carried out on site at customer premises and/or remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team remotely.

Your tasks

• Deployment of application of hotfixes/patches;
• Update management of Windows Azure/AWS VMs;
• Upgrade/Migrate Microsoft Windows server instances to latest OS versions;
• Monitor performance of servers, anticipate issues, and propose solutions;
• ·Second tier incident management and apply mitigations or solutions.

• University degree, combined with professional IT experience of more than 6 years;
• Experience with infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) resources administration (Azure-AWS);
• Experience with automated configuration management of on-premises and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Ansible/Terraform);
• Experience with modern authentication administration (ENTRA ID, OAUTH 2/OpenID/SAML);
• Experience with Windows Server administration (VMs, AD, ADFS, MIM, etc.);
• Experience with Update management of Linux Azure/AWS VMs;
• Experience with Hardening of Windows/Linux servers and Ubuntu Linux server Management/Updates;
• Experience with Web Application Firewall and Load Balancer administration would be considered an advantage;
• Experience with Application Gateway administrator would be considered an advantage;
• Excellent command of the English language.
