System Engineer 6
Job Description
Seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to act as a Branch Architect in support of the Data Normalization & Automation (DNA) TTO. The successful candidate will be have experience with the customers data processing architecture including: Data tagging standards, critical compliance information, key data processing organizations, analytic hosting platforms and their purpose, and data flow management request processing. They will be able to define and communicate shared technical and architectural vision; help plan and define technical solutions, analyze technical trade-offs; identify interfaces and dependencies between teams and collaborate among them; define non-functional requirements; coordinate among stakeholders to ensure quality (fitness for use); coordinate with customers and stakeholders; elicit customer requirements; and plan for future integrations.
MANDATORY SKILLS: (U) A Bachelors degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus twenty (20) years of systems engineering experience
OR
(U) A High School Diploma or GED plus twenty-four (24) years of general systems engineering experience (any Process Area).
OR
(U) A Masters degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus eighteen (18) years of systems engineering experience
OR
(U) A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus eighteen (18) years of systems engineering experience.
A TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required for this role.
