System Engineer 6

Serve as contractor support for the Chief Data Architect (CDA) and Y153 Architecture SME. Responsible for eliciting and receiving requirements across disparate customer organizations, determining in requirements are appropriate for execution, and making recommendations to the CDA for approval and implementation. Coordinate and advise direction for larger DoD Data Architecture. Drive requirements and coordinating migration of existing data formats into modernized corporate data formats. Drive modernization of data representation and data-processing architecture. The work includes both defining the data requirements to represent the new data as well as coordinating enterprise architectures and products to produce compliant data. Provide product and data standard vision for Y153 architecture plans and roadmap, making recommendations as needed.
Specific duties include:
- Prioritize, organize, and track across multiple mission domains and coordinate tasking across Agencies and Organizations, at times reacting to changing government prioritization and direction.
- Synthesize, document, and communicate multi-year Enterprise wide modernization plans to top level agency decision makers.
- work with stakeholders to coordinate and negotiate Enterprise updates. Once requirements are defined, work with the impacted programs to coordinate requirements.
- Extensive interaction with multi-disciplined product teams.
- Guide modernization of Enterprise ABAC standards, systems and methodologies.

MANDATORY SKILLS: Required Experience:
- Project Management
- Large Scale signals processing data domain experience.
- Expert knowledge of corporate ABAC infrastructure.
- Expert knowledge of multi-Agency relationships and data flow.
- Expert knowledge of corporate data formats and encodings.
- Working knowledge of signals processing Operation Workflows and end to end systems.
- Experience with large scale corporate end to end data flow.
- Experience with corporate data security architecture.
- Large scale presentations and communications.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence.

OPTIONAL SKILLS: Preferred Experience:
- Experience in low latency dataflow fabrics.
- Working with and analyzing, raw, unprocessed data.
- Agile Scrum
