America - Data Gateway Services (DGS) Technology Service Lead will be responsible for expanding the DGS Protection Services across the Enterprise servicing multiple LOB's like (GMOT, GBT, GMT, EET, ERFT). This role will drive the test data protection and provisioning effort for the applications across the Enterprise and enable Information Security compliance. The primary goal is to protect confidential data across the Enterprise test lanes and also enable functional test data provisioning for applications.

Responsibilities

§ Interact with Application Teams to understand their sanitization requirements

§ Analyze the application inter-dependencies and partner with other teams to co-ordinate the data sanitization initiative

§ Understand Discovery Reports, GIS Guidelines to lead the sanitization effort

§ Build configurations for sanitization

§ Execute the configurations

§ Optimize and automate execution workflows

§ Validate the sanitized data

Required Skills • 10+ years of IT experience• Strong in UNIX programming/scripting• Database Management experience - any RDBMS • Hadoop architecture/ecosystem know-how• Strong ETL (extract - transform - load) experience (can be any tool - datastage, informatica, Teradata+unix)• Scheduling/Automation exposure• Knowledge about File extraction/Data access processes• Data Management Lifecycle know-how• Data Cataloging/Classification experience• Strong communication skills (oral/written)• Individual must possesses excellent soft skills including team building, presentation, communication, knowledge sharing, decision making and the ability to train others effectively
