We are looking for a System Engineer for Customer Experience Consulting who wants to be part of Tietoevry Create. When joining Tietoevry Create as a System Engineer for CX Consulting, you

  • support our local and international project teams with complex contact center solutions

  • act as a system engineer who implements cloud solutions

  • support and follow our consultants who build the understanding of customer business, anticipate customer needs and discover alternative solutions that are relevant for our customer’s success

Who we are looking for:

You have

  • sustaining interest in contact center solutions like Genesys Cloud, Parloa or Novomind

  • a broad technical understanding (databases, webservices, basic architecture view, cloud systems)

  • the capability of configuration and scripting (lightweight development, strong development skills are nice to have but not mandatory)

  • the ability for engineering and as well some consulting

  • knowledge of the german language (C1)

  • ideally experience in the contact center area

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 44.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience, as well as the type of contract. Our aim is to provide you with a salary package that is both competitive and reflective of your relevant experience, while also aligning with current market standards.
