What are we looking for?

-Technical Bachelor's Degree

-20 years of System Engineering Experience

-Subject Matter Expertise in FPGA and/or ASIC development to support FPGA/ASIC Assurance efforts in support of DoD

-Programmatic experience from a systems engineering perspective and in risk management processes and mitigation development on ACAT programs

-In-depth knowledge of the development lifecycle of FPGA-based systems is required

-Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes for complex technical development efforts highly desirable

-Excellent communicator, both written and oral. Analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications

-Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities

-Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies

-Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology

-Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations

-Develops technical documentation. Develops system Architecture and system design documentation

-Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans *Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts

-Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility

-Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives

-Research microelectronic industry technology advances and trends, prepare and report findings, and make recommendations to Government decision makers

-Apply subject matter expertise to microelectronic design

-Capabilities and assess the practicality of incorporating new technologies into the Government's design and manufacturing process

-Provide subject matter expertise to those involved with the planning, acquisition and integration of new technologies procured and incorporated by the Government.
